I haven’t posted on here in a while. As of this morning, I now weight 308 pounds. I started at 368. My first weight goal is 300 then eventually 250 and beyond. It’s so close I can taste it. Being so close makes me want to try extra hard to get to that goal. There have been times where it’s been a struggle. In June I went on vacation an ended up gaining back like 20 pounds. I’ve managed to lose it again but now I’m trying avoid doing stuff like that again. For those that are struggling, I know it can be difficult. The best advice I can give is a to be persistent and don’t beat yourself up. Instead celebrate the victories when you can to help encourage yourself.
