Jan/ Feb you of 2021 I started my weight loss journey by doing Keto/ HITT/ Peleton. I started around 145-150lbs(F) and got down to as low as 125lbs. I was so tiny! Loved it. It had been my first time in a long time feeling like the skinny girl not from adderall and partying ect.
I felt good and looked good. Towards the end of the summer / fall I was traveling a lot and gained a little bit back. Winter I started training for my first marathon while going through somethings and because of training diet and workout plans had to change.
Spring 2022 comes around. The marathon comes around and I did it! But a break up and other life things happened around that time and I kind of let myself go.
As summer comes I don’t fit into my new wardrobe. (So sad) I’ve been running about 2 mi daily on the beach (therapeutic) and lifting (which I learned I loved!) I am back to 145lb-ish. Not losing weight in the scale but definitely gaining muscle and getting a bigger ass. (Yay!!)
Just disappointed sometimes to see the number on the scale and not feeling “skinny” anymore. It’s weird dealing with the difrena body compositions. I also don’t know what my exact goal is right now because it seems like going nowhere.
But I’m dedicated and healthy! :)
