I use a Renpho scale and app. I’ve been using it for years. A new personal trainer just pointed out that I’ve had it set to male instead of female on my profile for years. Changed it to female and all of my numbers are way worse than I thought. I even went up 3lbs! Now at Highest weight I’ve been in 3 years and I seriously want to cry. This has ruined my whole day. So check you scale app especially if you are female.
