i have a history of eating disorders and i have body dysmorphia, so going back to counting calories scares me because i became obsessed with them before (even though i did lose a lot of weight). but during COVID, i gained a lot of weight and im ready to lose it. are there any apps out there that have food items and their calorie counts already built in, but without the added features of losing weight or tracking weight? i need to stay away from constantly checking my weight so i dont go have to disordered eating, but i would like something a bit more convenient than carrying around a notepad everywhere. i also dont have time to always be googling how many calories are in what, which is why i would like to use something with that already in the app :)
