31 m 5'10 SW 1/1/2022 345 GW 225. I hadn't weighed myself in weeks, the weight fluctuation on the scale is just too crazy for me to keep track of or get an accurate reading. One morning I'm 235 the next morning I'm 244.

Well I decided to weigh myself this mor ING before heading to the gym and the scale said 322!!! I haven't weighed that low since 2018!

The last year I've really worked on building my strength back up and I decided to start maintaining my muscle and really push for losing weight. This has me so happy and excited to see where I'mat in another 6 months! I have no friends or family to share this news with so I hope you all will appreciate this.
