I avoided the scale because i hate obsessing over it. So i just count calories, and exercise. and walk a looot. I know ive lost weight because my clothes are smaller, pants are looser, etc.
But since im on a maintenance break, I have to use the scale just to know my actual TDEE. And im so happy and surprised! I started at 72 kg and the scale said 59,5 kg! Im surprised and im so happy i thought im around 62/63. Just wanna share my excitement here cuz idk to who else as no one tries im on this journey for the Third time (which is why im practicing maintenance 😂). Im 155 cm (5’1) and this took 4.5 months, so its a pretty long journey
edit : i didnt suggest yall to get rid of the scale, i just wanna share because im just happy this happened lol. If you wanna use the scale its up to you, You do you!
