Im 5’1 around 130 lbs i think, Im not sure as i havent weighed myself in a while because i usually get stressed about the numbers on the scale. But Ive lost pants size and inches. I usually averaged on 1400 cal a day
Im currently taking a maintenance break but I really dont know whats my maintenance is because im not sure what to put on TDEE calculator.
My activity is : i walk a lot 23k steps a day and I workout 4x a week (usually just yoga and 40 min elliptical machine). I walk a lot but my workouts are pretty short and easy. I dont lift either, I used to but I just don’t like it. Do you think 2k for maintenance is too much? Do yall think I should put “active/moderately/very active?” Is the only way to know for sure is to use the scale again? I really dont want to tbh, but i also dont want to accidentally eat in a surplus
