Today when I weighed myself I was at 326. Officially 42 pounds. I hit the 40lb mark last week, but I kept forgetting to post. I started my weight loss journey in September of last year. I began at 368. I managed to lose about 20 pounds. By about December, I fell off the train after I got stuck at 342. I didn’t get serious about trying again until the end of January. Thankfully my weight didn’t fluctuate too much. I was able to break past that about a month go and kept going until I’m at where I am now. For the first time in I don’t know how long, my first goal weight is attainable. My first goal is 300. Then 250. After that I’ll assess my situation.
