Swimmers ear after workout

For the record, I’m not swimming but rather I’m doing a HIIT workout through Burn Bootcamp. For some reason I always end the workout with ear pressure.

I suspect that I’m not breathing enough but I honestly don’t know how else to breath deeper or harder. I have a hard time keeping up as it is.

What am I doing wrong? I’m new to working out and could use some tips. I’m afraid of long term damage if I keep this up.
