I am a 22yr 6`3 male with more of a stocky/bulky body type. I am quite strong, have big arms/legs etc. Although I am quite strong I look more “fat” than I do strong. I can easily feel the muscles in my arms legs and abs but they all have a decent layer of fat covering them. My stamina is not great at best considering I’m working with about a lung and a half literally. My goal is to drop down to 220 In which I would be losing the fat but keeping my large figure then any weight added would be muscle. I have been struggling to find a good plan to follow so I’ve come here in search for advice. Again I’m not trying to become skinny I just want to lose the excess fat and keep my burly figure. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!🙂 Also feel free to ask ANY questions if it can result I better advice! I don’t get offended hardly ever especially about weight so don’t hesitate!
