So I check my weight twice a day, I know some people say not to but I’m data driven and I figured more information can help with some insights to weight loss. It’s how I found sodium was screwing me over with water retention. Anyway, I knew I had the work Christmas party this week, decided for the day to not count calories all and just have fun - and accept the fact I’ll gain a little weight, as I’m a heavy drinker.
Weighed myself before I left for the party last night at 93.8KG, stepped on the scale this morning going “let’s see the damage!”, and I weighed 92.6, I haven’t even been in the 92’s yet! That’s the first time in years I’ve been that low! Had to weigh myself twice to believe it.
I can only assume that it’s because I walked a ton, approx 11k steps, while I was drinking? All I know, sounds like I should drink more often 😅
