Someone hint me on shoes and fitness.
Post Body

Pregnancy did a number on my body. I have to wear compression socks to even slip on shoes, and now I need new shoes if I want to start working out. I already had protating feet years ago and was told in the past I should wear shoes with a higher ankle, which makes my search fustrating/limited. I also look because my orthotics tend to lift my feet up a bit. Because of troubles I decided to say screw laces because adjusting to swollen feet is annoying. If I decided to not care about my ankle, the thing I feel is best is those diabetic shoes that are like a foot wrap, which I'm wondering if those are appropriate for physical activity? Are there good velcro shoes for up to moderate -vigorous activity? I want to go straight to a store and GTFO so I can avoid the whole " ya nongeriatric dont need no velcro shoe" ableist b.s. . 😣
