Because constant exercise is an important part of weight lose it is something that I am always looking at other peoples approaches. I myself do not have a constant routine outside of my warm ups. But this has made it hard to exercise everyday because i don't have a routine or know exactly what's good for me and what isn't. Not even speaking on the things Im not sure im even doing correctly. So i am looking for things I can do everyday that are good for me but enough of it that it could be all my daily exercise that day.
What routines do you suggest for general weight maintnce and fitness?
For my personally I do not enjoy floor exercises cause my room has tile. I am unable to run due to low stamina and I don't usually go for walks because its either always super hot or super windy were I live. I do t have access to a gym but I do have a stand still bicycle. (Not sure why there called)
