Hi everyone. I've struggled with my weight for years. I hit 100kg (167.5cm, F) and panicked, and started CICO (1500 calories a day). I got down to 95kg but I am getting very frustrated.
I have Hashimoto's Hypothyroidism, so my weight is very difficult to lose, and my body just wants to increase in weight. It also causes a lack of energy and joint pain (on top of additional conditions like fibromyalgia and endometriosis) so working out is difficult.
I have been weighing all my food and logging it all on my tracker, routinely coming in at least 100 calories under my daily goal, and hitting my macros. The frustration is the daily weigh-in (same time and clothes every day). I can exercise, get enough water and sleep, and come in under my calorie goal, and still put on weight. My weight can fluctuate every day by up to 2 kilos. It's getting me down not seeing my hard work get results.
Can anyone offer advice? I'm doing my best, but this plateau is making me want to give up.
