I have gained a decent amount of weight due to self quarantine (I mostly work from home anyway and go to school full time from home). I'm scheduled to get my second vaccine soon and will self quarantine for 2 weeks after and then go back to the local gym.
I wanted to know if there are any good pre-workout mixes that aren't loaded with sugars that will help keep me up in the mornings. Because of my schedule, I'm only going to be able to go in the mornings (wake up at like 5am, get to the gym by around 7, do an hour, get home by 8:15, and get ready for class at 9) so I'm definitely going to need the energy.
