Ive been on a weightloss journey this year since Feburary and ive currently lost just over 35 pounds so far and knocked about 5.5 inches off my waist now and couldnt be happier, I currently have around 12 pounds left to hit my target weight of 12 stone (168 pounds). My goal for this weightloss is I want to have abs and basically look good naked as you say.
I have been trying to hit abs at least 1-2 times a week since I started losing weight back in Feburary but I know you can start to see abs at different weights depending on your height and body fat. Im currently at 12.9 stone (180 pounds) and 6"2 and according to the body fat calculators online which are somewhat unrealiable I am around 14-15%, cant see any abs myself but I can certainly feel them when I flex and touch my stomach.
So my question is at what weight did you start seeing abs yourself?
