Well, I kinda expected this, I haven't go to a professional (because we are in quarantine and things in Mexico are getting worse). I'm just a teen without any idea of how to eat healthy. I'm 16 years old female, 5'1 (154-155 cm), 152 lb (68-69 kg, but maybe I'm overestimating my weight because I haven't measured).
The thing is, I've been feeling really weak because I haven't ate properly. I just don't know how to structure a balanced diet and since I can't measure my food, I tend to overestimate the calories in it. I'm in a 1200 deficit.
For example. One day I eat for breakfast one scrambled egg, with less than a half avocado and one or two tortillas, I drink 50 ml of milk. For lunch a small portion of tuna salad. For dinner I eat a few vegetables or beans sometimes (small portion). I think that is my best example, sometimes I don't know what to eat and I eat very small portions of food, or yesterday for example I only ate roast chicken (maybe I ate 250 grams) so I didn't eat anything else because I thought it had enough calories. I do 500 jump ropes per day, maybe 15 minutes and now I can barely do 100 without getting extremely tired and nauseous. Also, I've been having constant headaches.
I've been in this only about one week or less. It's a few time but I'm doing everything wrong. I feel sad because i don't want to go back to my old habits, but neither have any kind of eating disorder or anemia.
I don't know if I lost fat, muscle or just water weight, my belly was almost 40 in and now it's 37 in. But my arms are almost the same.
Any kind of suggestion, maybe easy recipes or a way to structure a healthy diet. I tried myfitnesspal but as I said, I can't measure my food so it's not that accurate.
