29F SW179; CW 177. It has been two weeks of keeping my calories close to 1200 every day. Some days I go up to 1500, and some days I go under 1200. I had one cheat day with too much beer for a special occasion.
Also, every day for the last 14 days I have been doing 21 day fix, plus occasional country heat, or running at the track.
No weightloss!!!
So I'm getting stricter with the calorie counting. I've been measuring out my cereal, my cream for my coffee, my salad dressing. No more eye balling. But still no weightloss.
I've downloaded the app Shapez to help track my actual measurements, but I'm so afraid that the lack of progress on the scale means I will quit.
Last year I was able to easily drop 20 lbs, and I am still down from that, but last year I also was only doing cardio a couple times a week.
Is this muscle gain? Is this me making mistakes in my food intake? So frustrating!!!
