Long story short, I used to do IIFYM and my happy weight is like 170. I also used to do body building style workouts with my boyfriend and got into really good shape.
These past 1.5 years have been very taxing on me mentally and emotionally and I sort of stopped caring as much about the gym, as a result I’ve gained a lot of weight.
Most people can’t tell. My build is basically such that I hold weight REALLY well and I look like I weigh around 160.
Edit: I have VERY muscular legs and a strong build
I really need to drop like 2 pant sizes. I work out regularly, do yoga and everything but I don’t think I’m eating enough
What should I do? It’s that mental barrier of like I don’t wanna eat more because I’ve gained weigh but I also know what worked for me in the past.
For reference, at one point I was eating 2300 calories at about 165 pro, ~200 carb and 65 fat and that worked for me,
Do I hurt up the protein? I haven’t eaten this much in a long time 🥴
