Things to help "lose it" and a question
Post Body

I have found a couple things help stem my appetite.

The first is that if food is on the counter, I snack...if its safely behind a cupboard then I dont see it, I dont desire it, I dont have it. That alone probably saves me 500 invisible calories a day, because how much is a handful of doritos anyway.

Yes, I know its better not to have them in the house, but I have family members that arent losing it.

I also found, that I set my fitbit to alert me every hour to take 250 steps. that seems to also keep my hunger low...its not a full work out, but its something.

I have begun to water everything down, even zero calorie drinks...

Is there a list of things somewhere that has similar ideas?
