I eat super healthy and work out 3 times a week but I can't seem to lose those few extra kilos that make me a bit uncomfortable. any tips or hacks? I'm running out of ideas.
I'm keeping track of my calorie intake and it's about 1000 a day with lots of vegetables and little carbs. No meat as I'm vegetarian. I don't drink sugary drinks either.
A normal day in my life would be some coffee with a dash of milk and 1 slice of whole wheat toast. for lunch some kale salad with tomatoes and chickpeas. then some fruit and for dinner (after a workout) I'll do either some rice with veggies or a quinoa patty with salad, or some sweet potatoes with salad as well.
Idk where I'm failing here
