I decided to give IF a chance at 16:8. I start work at 6 am, and try to get myself into bed by 8 pm. My eating hours are between 9:30 and 5:30.
Day one was easy. Day two.....omg, I am counting down the seconds to 9:30! I am also doing CICO, and keeping the calories between 1200-1300 a day. I do lowish carbs, and try to pile on the veggies and protein. I'm not really following a diet plan, but doing more mindful eating. I still like to have a daily treat that does not exceed 150 calories.
Anyone have any tips on how to get yourself used to this? Just push through the hunger? Maybe drink tea?
