So I set up my goals for 2020 and one of them was to lose weight till December 2020, so I can travel with my love, without feeling bad about my appearance. I was going to start dieting on January 2nd (after all the New Year's Eve food) but maybe I'll start it earlier. Today I was hanging out with my family and I ended up eating my feelings again. I was so happy for being with them, with having money for everything I wanted that I binged, and binged hard. After that I started to feel bad, bloated and heavy. I looked after a outfit for New Year's Eve and none of the shorts I tried fitted me. From that point, I started to look at myself in the mirror and feel sad about my weight. I know I'm making the best decision for my health, I just need help with this bloating feeling
