HELP: Dieting, exercising but still not losing

Hey y’all. I am a 25-year-old woman and I’ve been hovering around 254 for the past month. I have been following weight watchers and exercising at least three times a week (C25K plus the occasional OrangeTheory class). The lowest I’ve gotten is 252.8. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. WW has worked for me in the past (lost 30 lbs in four months last time I followed it seriously, but gained most of it back over the past 2 years) and I have not been exceeding my points regularly. Does anyone have any advice or possible explanation? Should I consult a doctor? It’s frustrating and discouraging not to see results when I am being so disciplined.
