Alright guys need some advice here. My physique keeps knocking me out of meeting up with potential dates because they arent interested. They expressly tell me it because of my figure and not my personality.
I'm 28, male, 6'1", 215lbs. I've been on a calorie restricted diet of about 1000-1500 calories a day for about 3 weeks now. High protein, med to high carbs, low fat, no sugar. Also doing a 20:4 fasting cycle. I walk about 2 hours every day after work, and I'm constantly moving at work as I'm a package delivery driver. I saw a guy on r/brogress who was roughly my shape who did a similar regiment (not sure of his exact diet and work out) and went from 230 to 180 in 4 months. He looked great.
Just curious if anyone nutrition savvy or personal trainers could help me out in getting in shape as quickly as possible.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
