So, I've recently started trying to lose weight after a routine physical gave me an incredible shock that I weigh 240 lbs.
I had known I had gained some weight, but I figured I was around 220 at the most. I know a lot of this weight has come from booze, which I've cut out completely. I also have begun taking my dog on 3.5 mile walks (mostly) every day, and have been counting my calories and making healthier choices.
I really want to get down to 190 (eventually). I have a couple of dumbbell weights and I'm looking to find some sort of exercise routine that utilizes them. Does anyone have any suggestions of workout programs that use just dumbbells? I'm not looking to do anything super crazy like P90X or anything that's going to burn me out and make me give up before I've even stsrted. I'm just looking for something to add to the healthy choices I'm already making.
