I started my journey about 3 weeks ago and I've been counting my calories and have been coming in well under what the app recommends. I am 32, 5'8 and now weigh 230 and i walk mostly all day as I work as a lead technician in construction ,so I'm also up and down ladders all day. I've lost about 12 pounds since i first started but I'm starting to feel frustrated. I feel like I'm stuck already and i know i should give it more time and i dont see myself relapsing but i guess i just want to know that what I'm doing is correct. Anyone else have any advice or similar stories? The hunger really gets old and i miss things i used to eat but I don't know,I'm just frustrated for the first time in a month. Thanks for anyone's help,i really enjoy reading everyones experiences and hope i can be a success story as well. Sorry for any typos or punctuation as i am on phone.
