Would/Do you buy clothes smaller than your current size?
Post Body

Hello everyone! Hope everyone is doing well :)

I just wanted to see if anyone else does this thing where you buy clothes a size smaller than your current size. An outlet store in my area is closing down in a couple of weeks and I wanted to take advantage of their sales.

I've done this before but only to a pair of jeans as I hit a plateau and it helped me push myself to fit those jeans. This time, I actually want to buy some stuff from there before they close. At the moment, I would be a solid M-sized but sometimes S sizes can fit me or L size if the store targets petite women.

Some of my clothes now are quite baggy and it would be great to have a new wardrobe but I'm afraid if I buy them, either I won't look good or it won't fit me even on my goal weight. Of course, I will try on my current size first before deciding.

Any thoughts or opinions on this? Have you done the same thing before? Feel free to share your experiences! I would love to hear them.

Thank you :)
