So yeah. 209.4 lbs. Lowest since, uh, 2013? I've ebbed and flowed between 215-245 for the last sixty months.
I really wondered if I'd ever see a 2-0-anything ever again. I would put so much into losing the first 15 pounds and then give up. I suffer from anxiety and depression and always blamed those. Drank a lot. Nobody would notice I had lost 15 pounds so what was the point?
Got a new job and the routine and structure has helped immensely. Other than that, MFP every day and no more fast food. Also drinking less which means less late night binges. People are noticing now and I've had to halt an advance from someone to let them know I already have a beautiful, patient, supportive girlfriend who's been with me though the worst.
