Ok. So I am a first time mom. My pregnancy with him was pretty sedentary due to complications. He turns a year this week and I do not like what I feel and see when I look at myself.
So. How do you mother's do this? Reducing calories will not be an issue. I am feeding him better than I feed myself, so I am just going to be changing that up to include me.
But how do I do work outs and sleep? I know we can go to the park together and walk, that is going to be the main plan of attack for my weight loss journey. Sleep also concerns me. I need to get up earlier to at least get moving and stretch and try to make a good breakfast for myself but his sleep is somewhat erratic (anywhere from 8:30 to 11 pm). Do I plan to get up every day at the same time regardless of the hours of sleep I get?
