Hey all -
Try to keep it brief: I'm going through a very rough time with a breakup from my soulmate, and it's very, very hard.
HOWEVER, I will be okay! And part of that is that I want to re-establish healthier habits, and I want to lose weight (I'm probably 35~ pounds overweight).
Anyone have any tips on how to approach this during a breakup? I haven't been eating much lately because of everything going on, and even though I already notice a difference in my body, that's not healthy long-term.
Any tips, thoughts, etc. from folks who understand this would be appreciated, and thank you all!
NOTE: I was asked to re-submit with my height and weight and stuff, so hopefully this post makes it through! I would really love any help or advice with this please.
