Treadmills and calories
Post Body

Hey everyone had a quick question. I’ve been coupling going running at the gym with dieting and I was wondering about how accurate the average treadmill is when it comes to counting burned calories? Do they all vary widely in accuracy by model or something? The treadmill I was on only asked for my weight so I wasn’t sure how accurate the calories it said I burned could be.

Also on an unrelated note is going to the gym every other day enough? I thought for someone who is just starting to get active it was fine but I was hoping to get some of yalls oppinions.
