Lost a lot of weight quickly; what to be afraid of?
Post Body

Basically title. The last couple of months were super stressful so I lost a lot of weight stress fasting, which puts me at almost a healthy BMI, so that's my silver lining here. However, that's still not quite my goal and I'd like to lose more! But hearing so much about metabolism and organism trying to "store fat" for when I "fast again" makes me very worried. What should I avoid while trying to stay at this weight? Is just counting calories enough? I read somewhere that I should try to eat till I'm full but only very low-calorie foods like tomatoes. Is that something I need to do or is just doing it normally enough?
