Best Lose It Advice/Tips
Post Body

What is the best advice and/or tip you have gotten from lose it? I know this place has so much motivating advice, its hard not to miss some. I have two favorites... #1 Food is wasted whether we force ourselves to eat it when we are already full or just throw it out. I still feel guilty admitting this... But I throw so many unnecessary calories in the garbage now! #2 With regards to weighing and measuring food. I still do, but now when I meal prep I measure everything out once then eyeball it across x amount of meals. Maybe I had a few extra bites of turkey today than I did yesterday. But at the end of the week it all balances out. This has saved me so much time and anxiety lol
