Is this the "whoosh"? Lost 2.3kg in 4 days...not changed diet at all since beginning weight loss.
Post Body

Hey guys

First time posting here! Looking for a little help! I've finally made the decision to change my lifestyle and live/eat/exercise better. I've been going for 23 days strong since my start weight of 92.3kg so far and lost a total of 7.6kg(16.7 pounds). I have been doing a combination of CICO and keto - sticking at 1200cals per day combined with at least 30 minutes of exercise a day such as fast walking, jogging or cycling.

I plateaued at the end of last week on Saturday, sitting at 87kg for 3 days, then literally overnight dropped 1kg and this has continued until this morning (Friday) where I have now weighed-in at 84.7kg.

I feel like losing this amount, even if just water weight, seems extreme or at least not normal. I mean I guess I'm not complaining, but I'm trying to do things slow and steady as this is not just a diet for me, but a motivated lifestyle change.

Thoughts?
