I've been doing CICO for about a month since finding this sub. Just today I'm at work and I realize I'm hungry. So I drink a bottle of water, soon after I realize I'm 2 bottles down and still hungry lol. So I get some carrot sticks and as I'm eating them I'm thinking..omg these are so good. I really was hungry. About an hour later I go to heat up my lunch. Smart Ones Rice & Beans and can of tuna. I'm just like in heaven, for some reason it just taste so good. I've tried other 'diets' and while I've been successful I also dreaded eating most of my meals. Boring usually low carb meals that ultimately led me to binge because I'm so miserable. But this is working! Thank you lose it!!
