This past week - weekend included - has been pretty crappy and has led to me falling off the wagon a bit. I still didn't get the promotion that I've been promised at work, I'm working mandatory OT, including Saturday mornings, my fiance's new schedule cuts out all of our time together...but the worst of all? I had to put my best furry friend of 12 years down yesterday.
I am a wreck to say the least. How do I find some motivation to keep pushing through? I am definitely an emotional eater and I do not want to lose the little bit of progress I have already made.
