So, coming up to two months in and according to my scale, I should be down another stone. A long way to go yet, but I feel pretty good on making a conserted start. Friends have started saying I've slimmed down and bulked up, although I really can't see myself losing much at the moment, although I am glad that I might seem to be losing at least.
Problem being that I've had to move my scales from my bedroom, which has a fairly munted floor where the planks tend to be fairly uneven, to the bathroom where I took my most recent measurement. I understand that consistancy is key in taking accurate measurements, so I'm holding to the fact that I haven't lost 5lb in a week, but that putting my scales on a steady surface has given me an accurate measurement.
Kind of a meandering post, but I'm using this as half of my weight loss tracking. With the whole scale thing, I no longer know specifically how much I've lost, but at least it seems I'm losing weight.
