Today I turn 30 and I am having a mild freak out. I thought that I would be so much further than I am. I can't suddenly graduate college or have a career, but I CAN start the weight loss journey. I was reading about how a mothers view of herself can affect how her daughter sees herself, so I am going to show my daughter how to live healthy and be happy with my body.

When I was dealing with infertility, the infertility subreddit was a miracle to me. I got so much love and support there that I figured that loseit could be a help in this endeavor as well. So far I am right:) thank you to everyone that posts and helps keep me motivated!
