Afternoon all, first time poster.
For the last few months I've been losing a good steady amount of weight on a fairly tight budget. As of right now, I'm down from 275 lb to 254.2 lb and, accounting for some mild fluctuating, It continues to go down. As someone just starting out, I'd appreciate someone having a look, maybe giving me some tips as to how to improve it.
Breakfast/Lunch (I'm a student, so I usually have a fairly late start to the day: Homemade Chicken caesar wrap .1 grilled chicken breast, cubbed .2-3 leaves of iceburg lettuce, finely shreded .1/2 teaspoon of mayo .a drizzle of caesar salad dressing . 1 wholemeal tortilla
Dinner Chicken a la snake (got this one from DDP's youtube) .2-3 roasted chicken breasts .rocket, lettuce, spinnach and various leafy salad (whatevers going cheapest) .2 red onions, finely chopped .2-3 tablespoons of mayo I'll make this and it'll be my dinner for maybe 3-4 days.
Snacks: an apple or some cashews, although when I'm just a little peckish, I'll usually just have a black coffee.
This has been my diet for a couple of months, and so far I've been feeling pretty good, being able to keep up a basic exercise routine and get on with my work. I just want to make sure I'm not doing my body any damage, and would appreciate any other tips or things I could add to round out my diet.
