Thanksgiving wasn't awful for me as I'm not in love with Thanksgiving food, but the days that followed were really bad.
The scale hasn't moved up that much and I think that's one of the reasons I feel eh about the whole thing. I'm also debating if I want to lose that last 5 or not.... but it's mostly out of sheer laziness. The holidays are always not to great for me, as I find they become a time sucking massive family fighting season until New Years. It becomes stressful and I end up getting fast food and crap just to stay out of my house longer and not deal with things.
So... that being said I am determined to do better this year and keep going towards my goals without letting me stop myself as I know I'll regret it once January comes and I get out of this holiday blur.
So reddit... how do you get yourself back on the wagon? Both exercise wise and calorie counting wise? Where's your motivation? Do you have any little tricks and tips to keep going?
