I'm 5'2 and currently 117 pounds. I started at 130 and didn't take any pictures until I was down to about 125. I've felt progress - pants are definitely too big and clothes are fitting differently. I started working out (lifting/abs) about two weeks ago, so I'm not expecting to see any progress from that yet, but I'm excited for those changes, and the enjoyment I'm starting to get from working out. These are all positive lifestyle changes, but looking at photos between 125 and 117 I see nothing and its discouraging.
I was only planning to get down to 110 but now I'm starting to second guess myself and wondering if I should lose more, closer to 105. 100 puts me underweight so now I'm starting to stress about if I'm becoming unhealthily obsessed with my weight and should just stop all together.
So reddit! Encouragement please. When did you finally start seeing changes on yourself? Other people say they can see a difference but its honestly not helping any.
