Hey y'all sorry if im a total noob about this but i feel like i'm losing weight too fast. I started losing weight around late august and I weighed about 195 now three weeks later im at 181.4 and it worries me, my limit is 1500 but there are days im like 20 calories away from hitting 1500 and other days its like 200-300 undee, and its not like I eat super healthy, i had popeyes yesterday (calories allowed for it yay) and subway earlier that week. Usually my breakfasts and dinners are healthy, its my lunch thats a little spotty. Is this mostly water weight? Or am i burning muscle? if so that unfortunate. I usually do strength training first and then some cardio, and usually i got to the gym 3-4 days a week, ans its not super exhausting, im pretty sure this will slow down soon enough but did anyone have any ainilar experiences. (Also I'm 5'8" and 18 yr old Male if this info is useful)
