A mindhack for morning exercise
Post Body

This won't work for everyone, but it's proven to be helpful for me over the last month. I've started doing cardio in the morning, which was always a struggle. I weigh myself daily, so this will only really work if you're in that camp. I found that I typically weigh 1/2 lb to 1 lb less after I exercised than before. So, I started tracking myself against my post-exercise weight. So now I know, if I skip exercise, not only will I need to make it up later, but I'll also go backwards on the scale and won't see any gains from the previous day.
