So, I work second shift, and most days I get up at 7 am, get ride into town, do errands by walking everywhere, grab shoes from BF's car, and walk to work, then get off at near midnight, and go home to sleep for 5-6 hours and start again. What I hadn't realized is how often I snack at work. It makes me miserable to realize how I grab a twix bar if I'm feeling tired, etc. I am gonna focus on eating less so I can lose weight, I'm not happy at all with how I snack, especially on weekends.
