How do I get the most from this subreddit?

Long time lurker, first time poster.

I've been trying to lose weight since February or so, and I started here and /r/Fitness. And it's helped! I started at 162, I'm down to 152. That's the second time I've hit 152, because I ballooned back up to 157 at finals. And 158 when the next quarter started. And... you get the idea.

I use Eat the much, try to do yoga and walking every day and generally fail at every sign of stress. Any tips? How do I stick to this? Where should I be looking for help?
