Could someone check my MFP? Am I doing this right?

Hi there and thanks for reading. I have lost some weight on MFP, but it seems I can't seem to get enough calories in before I am full. Most of the time, I don't break 1200 (the magic number)! Could some kind soul please take a look and see what I can do differently? I am diabetic, soooo I'm pretty finicky with my carbs. I am pwhiz, if anyone is interested...thanks in advance and happy healthy losing!
