Went to the doctor Wednesday and found out that I am down 25 lbs since my last visit, down 4 BMI points (only 15 more lbs til I'm within the healthy range, but I am no longer in that dreaded "obese" range), my blood pressure is back to normal, if not better than normal, from being in hypertension on my last visit, and my cholesterol is back to normal.
Losing pounds and inches is always nice, but seeing that I am healing myself through healthy choices is all I need to stay motivated.
On another note, I finished week 1 of C25K today, and can't wait to start week 2!
