I am trying to do a low carb diet currently and had a huge craving for an orange juice. So I picked up a small OJ from McDonald's since I was getting my fiance breakfast anyway and I was shocked to see the carbs and sugar. There were 30g of carbs and a ton of sugar! After looking up apple juice and non McDonald's juice I was shocked to see they were all that way. I know some/most have naturally occurring sugar but are companies adding more? Any good juices for me that taste great?
Edit: Thanks everyone for the info. May buy a juicer now.
