Feeling more and more ugly as I lose weight
Post Body

Has anyone dealt with feeling less confident after losing weight? I (f19) have lost around 40 kilos since a couple of years ago and when I was at a higher weight all I could think about was how confident I would be when I lost weight. now that I’m actually here I realise most of my issues with my looks aren’t weight related, I’m just under average. It sucks because I’m put in so much effort to get here and I’d love to be happy with how I am but it’s just not possible for me. I find myself constantly comparing myself with other girls and wondering what they did to get so lucky when I didn’t. and I know that there’s more to life then looks but I’m spending so much time worrying about how I look that I have less time for everything else. how do I get over this?
